These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 888sama online casino and sports betting platform ("Platform"), operated under the 888sama brand ("888sama", "we", "us", "our"). The Platform is accessible at https://888sama.cam and any associated mobile-optimised versions thereof.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a User on the 888sama Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or incentive offered by 888sama to registered Users, subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a User to their 888sama Account via an approved payment method.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer game, sports betting market, or other wagering activity available on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and payment verification process required by 888sama prior to processing withdrawals or at any time we deem appropriate.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency of all Platform transactions.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn, as specified in the terms of each promotion.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a User's Account balance to a designated personal payment account.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any one or more of the following actions:

• Placing any bet, wager, or deposit through the Platform at any time.

You acknowledge that these Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 888sama. To register and maintain an Account on 888sama, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 888sama strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21 and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling;
• You are registering voluntarily as a private individual and not as a professional gambling entity or on behalf of any other person;
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with 888sama or any related platform;
• You have not previously had an Account with 888sama closed or terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are legally permitted to access and use online gambling services under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence;
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and genuinely your own;
• You are not acting as an agent, employee, contractor, or affiliate of 888sama in your capacity as a Player.

888sama does not knowingly permit Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 888sama makes no representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on 888sama at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact number. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify 888sama promptly of any changes.

888sama operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity and payment details of all registered Players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification;
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., screenshot of your registered Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u account, or DuitNow-linked account);
• A selfie or photograph for facial verification purposes;
• Proof of residential address where required.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 888sama aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents.

888sama reserves the right to close or suspend any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, any balance attributable to fraudulent or abusive activity may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. 888sama recommends the following practices to protect your Account:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service;
• Do not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Enable any two-factor authentication features offered by the Platform when available;
• Contact 888sama support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

888sama shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity that occurs through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — shall be your responsibility unless you have promptly notified us of a suspected security breach.

888sama accepts deposits via the following approved Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30 per transaction;
• Maximum deposit amount: RM30,000 per transaction (subject to payment method limits);
• E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly;
• FPX and online banking transfers are typically credited within 5–15 minutes;
• 888sama does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawals may only be requested to payment accounts registered in your own name that match the details on file with your 888sama Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per request;
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes advertised on the Platform, subject to verification requirements;
• 888sama reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal;
• Funds originating from bonus credits must have their associated wagering requirements fully satisfied before withdrawal is permitted.

All Account balances, transactions, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Where cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are accepted, they will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Cryptocurrency withdrawals, where offered, will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the withdrawal request.

888sama offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are offered to eligible Players only and may not be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly permitted;
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn;
• The maximum permitted bet when playing with active bonus funds is RM250 per round or per bet, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings;
• Slot games generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games and live dealer games typically contribute 10–20%. Specific game contribution rates are published on the individual promotion's terms page;
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the published expiry window, which ranges from 7 to 30 days depending on the offer;
• 888sama reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Players found to be exploiting bonus offers through pattern betting, arbitrage, or other abusive strategies will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their Account closed.

All bets and wagers placed on the 888sama Platform are subject to the specific rules of each game or betting market, as published on the Platform. The following general rules apply across all betting products:

888sama reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where bets are placed on incorrect odds due to a pricing error, where suspicious betting patterns are detected, or where the integrity of the game or event is in question.

In the event of a technical fault, game error, or software malfunction, 888sama reserves the right to void any affected bets. This applies equally to casino games — including slots and live dealer tables — and sports betting markets. 888sama shall not be liable for any losses arising from a malfunction, and bets placed during a provable malfunction period may be cancelled and refunded at 888sama's discretion.

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and other events — are subject to the specific rules of each market. 888sama uses real-time odds data and reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time, particularly where events are subject to uncertainty, postponement, or cancellation. Settled bets will not be reopened except where an obvious error is identified.

Players are encouraged to set personal deposit, loss, and session limits through their Account settings. These tools are provided to support responsible gambling and are available to all registered Players free of charge.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888sama Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, potentially resulting in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, age verification process, or bonus restriction;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform other than through the standard user interface;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other activity that is illegal under applicable law;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider in bad faith;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 888sama staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 888sama.

888sama is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility in this area seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players via their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending;
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without prior written authorisation;
• Use any 888sama trademark, logo, or branding in connection with any other product or service;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of 888sama's intellectual property will be subject to legal action to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888sama's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

888sama shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential:

• Loss of winnings resulting from a technical fault, game malfunction, or communication failure;
• Loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Losses attributable to delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any interruption to the Platform's availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server failures, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from your own gambling decisions, betting strategies, or reliance on any information displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 888sama's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

888sama reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by publishing a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some circumstances, we may also send a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure if desired.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 888sama's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between you and 888sama:

• You agree to contact 888sama's customer support team in the first instance to attempt resolution informally;
• 888sama will aim to acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days;
• Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the applicable courts as determined by 888sama's operating licence terms.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
